Gupta Varun & Co CAs, India (GVC) was founded by the Managing Partner, Mr. Varun Gupta in the year 2012. It provides a wide range of services from Accounting, GST, ROC and Audits (Statutory, Internal, and Management), Management Consultancy, Preparation of Project and Feasibility Reports. We also specialize in providing expert advisory services to Foreign companies entering the Indian markets, including looking after the various Foreign Direct Investment Issues, seeking and getting approvals under the Foreign Exchange Laws besides Formation of the Companies and handling Other compliance-related matters. GVC has been assisting and advising numerous companies from UK, APAC, Americas, European Region to setup their subsidiary/branch/liaison offices in India.
