Our staffing/recruiting focus: Staffing with demonstrably successful PERSONNEL at C-LEVEL (management / board), including for relocation, reorganization, downsizing, restructuring, turn-around, transformations, M&A issues, crisis management. COMMERCIAL areas and tasks, such as CFO, for cost controlling as well as finance, accounting and IT. ENGINEERING (R&D, target costing, value analysis, tear down, user experience, etc.) HR / PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT (e.g., recruitment, optimization) PRODUCTION, e.g., as plant manager (relocation / optimization, lean manufacturing TPS, TPM) SCM (supply chain management, logistics, purchasing, cost management).
