GSFC University is incorporated under the Gujarat Private Universities act 2009 as amended by Second Amendment of 2014 and is established by Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd.(GSFC) through GSFC Education Society.GSFC has established GSFC University as it's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to continue the tradition of serving the community in multiple ways. The University campus is within the sprawling and lush green GSFC grounds, houses the School of Technology (SOT)which offers B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Fire& Environment,Health,Safety. School of Science (SOS) which offers B.Sc(Hons.) in Chemistry and Biotechnology, M.Sc. in Chemistry (Specialization in Organic Chemistry & Analytical Chemistry & Biotechnology and Ph.D(Part Time) in Chemistry & Biotechnology, School of Management (SOM) which offers BBA in General (HR/Marketing/Finance), Information Technology (NEW), Accounting & Finance(NEW).GSFC University along with GSFC Ltd. is associated with 90+ industries which offers industrial internship to our students, which makes students industry ready once they pass out of the course.GSFC University has a START-UP INCUBATION CENTER named GUIITAR Council,which is a cross disciplinary applied research centre which provides opportunities for applied research for faculties and students. It brings together the researchers from Engineering, Science & Management background to work towards sustainable innovation and solving problems of industries and businesses. The University infrastructure also has the fully functional laboratories for all the courses. The campus has the excellent facilities for all the students such as golf course, swimming pool, badminton court, cricket grounds and yoga and meditation workshops,medical facilities etc. There are about 1200+ students studying in the University.
