PROPELLING PEOPLE, PROFIT and PROCESS Growth Dynamics is a consulting firm focused on manufacturers, their sales representatives and distribution partners with an emphasis in the trade industries. Our mission is to help our clients improve their personal and professional lives by giving them more time and resources to realize their dreams. We do this through business development process improvement, executive coaching, talent sourcing and business management for our clients. We use a hands-on approach, applying proven methods that propel people, processes and profits.
