Alliances Développement Immobilier (ADI), also known as "Alliances Group", is a significant Moroccan real estate group founded in 1994. Listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange since July 2008, the group owns various subsidiaries and brands such as Alliances Créations, Alliances Darna, Alliances Résidences, ALMOD, etc. Primarily engaged in real estate development and delegated project management in Morocco since 1994, it has also expanded its presence in West Africa since 2013.
