The company "My House" is the investment company which is implementing residential and commercial construction in Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo District, University street 5. Feature complex branded name is GREEN HILL RESIDENCE COMPLEX. The company "My house" owns a 36000 m2 plot of land in Tbilisi, Saburtalo District, University street 5. The plot designed as modern Multifunctional residential, commercial and recreation zone. The architecture is quite different from previous similar projects implemented so far in Georgia, which indicates that an investment company focused on the city's modern development principles and the more creative aspects. Project management and supervision implemented by international company LCONS, which have been experienced in similar project planning and implementation. The author of the design is local company URBANICA, which is implementing a whole complex design works, included of architectural, structural engineering, MEP and communications.
