Overview

I have over 28 years leadership experience, the past 15 at the executive level. Roles have included being the CEO of a 50 person Series A startup, leading Operations for a firm that sold for billions; and as a COO for two additional companies. For me to effectively help companies I only work with 2 to 4 clients at a time. My approach is to be fully transparent and build long-term relationships. Engagements typically follow one of these three models, and all engagements begin with the Operational/Cash Efficiency Assessment after which we can decide on the right model: Operator Model - I become immersed in your business as the COO, leading and executing alongside you and your team. Typically includes 2-4 days per week (in-person, remote or hybrid). Then quarterly engagements with a guaranteed full quarter transition at the end of our partnership. Advisory Model - Less direct involvement than the Operating approach, I will spend the first 1-2 months conducting an Operational/Cash Effectiveness Assessment. After the assessment I will spend 8-12 hours per month advising you and your team; and your internal team is responsible for execution. Project Model - We align on a specific project where you or your team need a seasoned COO to execute. Under this model we will tightly define the project, deliverables and duration of the engagement before starting. I am also happy to build a custom model that fits your needs; and can be flexible in approach, especially when we have worked together in the past.
