Green Arrow was formed in 2010 on the Native American traditions of family and community. We pride ourselves on creating relationships with our clients that are family-like, and our thorough search for candidates allows us to be more involved with the local community. The crossed arrows in our logo symbolize the bringing together of two individuals for one common goal or cause. At Green Arrow, our priority is understanding our client’s needs, and then identifying the proper candidate. This system allows our client to focus on their business, while we focus on building a team that will strengthen their business.
