Great Southern Distilling Company, founded in 2004 was the very first distillery to legally make Single Malt Whisky in Western Australia. It's the distillery behind Giniversity Gin, and the award-winning Limeburners Single Malt Whisky and Tiger Snake Sour Mash Whiskey.
