Grasslands Regional Division #6 covers an area of over 2 500 square miles in south-eastern Alberta. Brooks, at its centre, is approximately 180 km south-east of Calgary and 110 km north-west of Medicine Hat, on Highway #1. Lethbridge is 160 km south-west of Highways #36 and #3. Grasslands Regional Division operates thirteen schools and seven Hutterite colony schools.
