Grant Writing Consultation Services May Include: Needs Assessment: A needs assessment is a data collection tool that identifies service gaps throughout a client's agency. Based on the findings of this assessment, clients are then directed to seek grants to fill the service gaps. Program Development Assistance: As a grant writing consultant my job is to make your services and projects shine for potential funders. To do this we will work together to develop better project outlines which helps you to focus on how to better meet your program needs through adequate funding. Funding Searches: Funding research is conducted using all available media including grant focused publications from a variety of sources. I have resources that are local and national in nature. Once we have an understanding of your organization's needs and projected goals, the search begins. Generally 5 to 20 grant funding options are available for any single program or project.
