GRANADAS ARGENTINAS-ARGENTINA POMEGRANATES is a business unit of the ESTANCIA LA PAZ S.A., a company founded in 1997 whose main objective is the agricultural activity. The pomegranate plantation is located at the Northeast of Córdoba Province in Argentina near the city of Cruz del Eje, where there is a prevalence of dry weather, sandy loam soil and subsoil water for top quality irrigation. All these conditions, assure good yield levels and high-quality fruit, in more than 240 hectares with Wonderful Variety. The Packing House facilities cover 3000 square meters indoor space, including our own cold storage. We produce Pomegranates for multiple destinies and uses like fresh fruit (Supermarkets and greengrocers) and fresh fruit for industrial purpose (Juices or Arils seeds) Our harvest, packing and export seasons start at the beginning of February, with varieties like Acco and Shani, and from March to the end of May with Wonderful variety. We export more than 1500 tons of fruit to different countries and markets. Our main destinations are Holland, United States and Italy, where we send fresh fruit and fruit to industrial process. We are also having steady growth in countries like England, France and Spain in Europe, Singapore and Malaysia in Asia. Coming soon Brazil in South America an important market for Argentina. In Fresh Fruit for Supermarkets or greengroceries (CAT FANCY and CAT I), we have boxes packaging of 3.8 Kg net and 4 Kg Net, with sizes 6-7-8-9-10-12-14-16. In fruit industry, which is used for pomegranate juice or pomegranate seeds (Arils), we have boxes of 6 to 18 kg net, in sizes 6-7-8-9-10-12-14-16-18.
