GPS was developed as a response to an increasing market demand for quality commercial and executive recruitment that could be provided in conjunction with a strong understanding of Human Resources issues. GPS address the broader workplace productivity issues – not just finding the right personnel, but assisting the development of the workplace and the workforce to achieve improved business outcomes for our clients. The arm of our business that provide Industrial and Agricultural Labour Services is called Grunt Labour Services. Grunt Labour Services came into fruition in 2001 to fill the difficult ‘Harvest’ niche in the labour hire market. Grunt Labour Services quickly discovered a synergy in their delivery model for the Industrial markets and rapidly increased their market representation in this arena. Responding to client needs in the recruitment marketplace, Grunt Labour Services continued its business development as new client demands arose and introduced GPS in early 2004. GPS – Navigating People provide a valuable external Human Resources service to our clients, including executive and commercial recruitment and project services. The GPS suite of products also comprises of entire outsourced HR, containing outsourced payroll, job descriptions and performance reviews, skills checking, and candidate testing.
