Overview

In contrast to Yoga for well-being, Yoga Therapy is an objective-oriented practice. I specialize in Yoga Therapy for Physical and Mental Fitness for Sportsperson. Irrespective of the ability, experience and skillset of the sportsman, after a certain period there comes a plateau in their performance graph. Here only Yoga Therapy can help to rise up from the said plateau. The practices I teach are research-based protocols that will change the whole psyche of the individual. Yoga Therapy will specifically work on developing awareness, regulating haphazard breathing, Body-mind Coordination, Balancing Asanas, Breath Correction Exercises, Complete Yogic Breathing and Pranayama. Special attention is focused on Growing Height in young sportsman, improving the capacity of lungs, concentration, confidence and aggression when needed. With regular practice, one develops intuition, foresight, reflex and peripheral vision to be highly competitive in every sport. Important changes visible in the practitioner are Improved Strength, Power, Endurance, Accuracy, Footwork where needed and minimizing the chances of injury.
