Overview

Gobi Green Energy LLC (GGE) was established in 2016 as a joint venture between Newcom LLC and SB Energy Corp., renewable energy arm of Japan’s Softbank Corporation. GGE aims to act as a multifaceted clean energy company encompassing exploration, development and energy company portfolio management. Its main goals are to survey potential renewable energy power generation sites in Mongolia, expanding investment in and development of the renewable energy sector in Mongolia as well as exporting clean energy to other regions thus facilitating the creation of the Asia Super Grid.
