Overview

A female owned and led social research boutique agency, with expertise in qualitative approaches customised to the local situation. We also carry out small-scale quantitative assignments to support or complement the qualitative. Our passion is IDIs, FGDs, mystery shopping and ethnography, just to name a few. We cover the geographies that we know well, East and Central Africa with field assignments on health, water & sanitation, housing, education, agriculture, livelihoods and financial inclusion. A firm that has fully embraced Human Centered Designs (HCD) ensuring we hear and represent the voices of the people we seek to hear from. We work in partnership with content experts to deliver exploratory studies, concept testing, outcome measurement studies, KAP studies, the list is endless.
