He fell in love with the sport but was frustrated at the fact that due to work commitments he could only get out on the water for a short while before it got dark. So what did he do? He went out on his Paddle board without a light, against everyone else’s advice. Dana found some strip lights, used for underneath the paddle board, however these were not bright enough and far to time consuming to put under neath the board before each paddling trip, so it was time to get creative.
