Global Link Coaching - a black owned and operated coaching and PA placement consultancy. Since inception in June 2010 it provides a range of designed intervention aimed at supporting, developing and aligning the Personal Assistant industry with local and global corporate demands. As the complexities of business deepen, the role of the PA has never been more important. GLC seeks to empower the PA with parallel skills, knowledge and attitudes required by PAs as they rise through the ranks of management support to match their respective company’s leadership pipeline. Its founder, Toy Radebe has personally progressed to the highest level of Executive Partnership and has over 20 years wealth of experience and deep understanding of the multi-dimensional support role that a professional PA bring to the business environment. Research confirms that most companies are consciously investing in leadership development through coaching and other interventions suggested by leading business schools to build sustainable leadership pipelines that will address management performance, succession planning, talent attraction and retention, to fuel growth, productivity, profitability be an employer of choice. To support the development of the leadership, Global Link Coaching partners with managers, learning & development managers and leaders in developing, building and maintaining capabilities of their PAs through coaching, mentoring, conscious conversations and workshops.
