The platform is available for both cloud-based and on-premises installation Through the platform, the insurance agencies/salesmen can: ▪ (i) Enable selling insurance policies via mobile application /website; (ii) supervise transactions history and (iii) administrate and process insurance claims On the consumers end, they can: ▪ (i) make online insurance purchase, manage transactions history / policies, (ii) submit insurance claims, (iii) communicate directly with Global Care (in-house staff) for customer service Global Care aims to be the sole solution providers for insurance agencies as well as provide API gateway for major insurance companies in Vietnam.
