In fact, within a couple of decades, “people of color” will represent MAJORITY segments in the United States, especially among Millennials and younger generations. People of color have very specific beauty and personal care needs and wants…many of which have been ignored in the general market until recent years. This is where we come in. The Global Beauty Alliance (GBA) is a collaboration of companies invested in the long-term growth of the Multicultural Beauty Industry. We focus on the nuances of the multicultural beauty marketplace; and we work together, advocating, educating, and sharing resources to foster growth and development.
