Glutensiz Ada is established with the understanding of social awareness and which produces only gluten-free products, proceeding its activities under Dr. Schãr company. Glütensiz Ada’s mission is to make difference in Turkey's special nutrition area with healthy and gluten-free products with affordable prices.Glütensiz Ada produces various gluten-free products suitable for Turkish taste in an area of 1600 m² spread over 3 floors in Istanbul Sultanbeyli. Glütensiz Ada offers snacks and bread groups, as well as frozen products. Frozen production also makes Glütensiz Ada Turkey's first and only gluten-free frozen production company.
