The Principal, Graeme Johansen, B.Arch., A.N.Z.I.A., is a Registered Architect. Our office uses current ArchiCAD software to provide quality drawings, and we subscribe to MasterSpec to prepare up-to-date specifications. Experience We have been operating in Waitakere City since 1981, and have experience in a wide range of projects: alterations to existing houses, new houses, commercial and industrial projects, and also community and school projects. We have good relationships with local consultants (engineers, quantity surveyors, etc), and maintain a good relationship with all of the Auckland Councils. We try to avoid costly and time-consuming resource consents through smart design.
