Gilgit Institute for Social and Economic Research (GISER) is an independent, non-partisan policy institution, registered with SECP, focused on improving decision making in Gilgit Baltistan and across the country through rigorous quantitative analysis, engaging with policy counterparts with real policy challenges and designing and advising on high impact reforms based on empirical evidence approaches and Data-Driven Initiatives. GISER work aims at promoting better standards of qualitative and mixed methods of the impact evaluation of investments with explicit social and development goals along with Data Insights to both public and private sector for improved decision making on the product and process design, making them effective and goal-oriented organizations in their service delivery.
