Company The company was born in nineteen sixty-six, in Campinas, in a 48m2 (square meter) room and with only one lathe and strong perseverence, today it denominates itself as GIOVANNI PASSARELLA & CIA LTDA. Today we are located in Hortolândia, in the state of São Paulo, BRAZIL, near the principal highways of access (Anhanguera, Bandeirantes e D. Pedro), in a large area with 10000 m2 and more than 4.100 m2 of constructions. We have a group with about 100 profissionals, specialized techinicists, to offer to our Customers the best services and to develop all the production process (so far). The quality of our services was always our main objective. We are certificated on the standard ISO 9001 and AS9100, which is an aerospace standard. And we are developing the Lean Manufacturing Program. We have been producing, for a long time, tools and special equipments like tyre and hydraulic devices of fixation and maching, formers, matrixes, stamps, calipers, special machines, machining of pieces and serial production from the light to heavy, until five axises, and to do these services the company has been equipped constantly. Our Market We serve the aerospace market, petroleum and gas, agricultural machinery, mining, automotive, machines and equipments. Equipments We have avaliable on the market, equipments and machines with the best qualities and reliability. Our machines C.N.C. are interconected by D.N.C. WIRELESS and they are commanded by a sofware CAD/CAM which provides an excellent productivity. We have CNC machines for maching until 20 ton, in five axes.
