Overview

Funded in 1974, Gillam is one of today’s leaders in the design, development, manufacturing and installation of electronic and electromecanical products in the fields of electrical networks management, remote control & supervision (SCADA) and telecommunication networks synchronization. Gillam is also specialized in the design and production of material and test equipment for the space and avionic sectors. Our produts are used all over the world for numerous applications in the energy sector, traction systems, transportation (airport), space programs, telecom networks, infrastructures management, etc. Thanks to a wide and experienced engineering department supported by skilled technicians, Gillam is also a champion in the development of tailor-made solutions according to the needs and requirements of our customers. Our main products are: − ATE: Automated Test Equipment, Test Benches and Simulators for space and avionic applications ; - On-board Human-Machine interfaces (HUDI) and Digital Management Systems (DAMS), including various control and display panels, such as audio cockpit control panel, equipment control and monitoring, etc; − RTU/PLC: we offer a vast and innovative Remote Terminal Units portofolio of smart solutions for MV/LV substations, taking into consideration the complex, interconnected and interactive model of modern electrical networks (« Smart Grid ») ; − Current injectors: the IDC20K is an innovative solution designed to perform routine testing of the DC switchgear and protective relays used in railways, subways, light rails, tramways and trolleybus electric utilities. - Protection relays/short circuit detectors: specific substation protection devices to detect and disconnect damaged or fallen catenaries. Our last generation protection relay, the USC-P, is the privileged choice for All-In-One supervision, automation and protection of DC traction cubicles.
