Overview

The Giggin’ Policy project is founded on the vision that young people are the source of tomorrow’s economy and therefore need to be in the lead in designing future strategies for regions. The EU Giggin’ Policy Project will gather the latest knowledge about the gig economy from across the EU and share it widely, focusing in particular on the risks and opportunities which the gig economy presents for young people preparing to enter the world of work. As local economic development policy is re-drawn in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic the Giggin' Policy Project will help young people to shape the change by sharing their perspectives on the gig economy and involving them in the design of new policy instruments.
