Overview

Georgia Southern University has over 27,000 students and approximately 140 different degree programs on all three campuses. University Housing is a multi-campus operation located on two of the three campuses at the University. The Statesboro Campus (in Statesboro, Georgia) has 5,000 residential beds, and the Armstrong Campus (in Savannah, Georgia) has 1,200 beds. University Housing is a large and diverse department with three offices making up the University Housing department. Those offices include Residence Education, Residence Life (Armstrong Campus), & Business & Administrative Services. Residence Education on the Statesboro Campus has 16 professional staff in Residence Education, up to 121 Resident Advisors, 7 Graduate Resident Directors, and 4 Central Office Graduate Assistants. Residence Life on the Armstrong Campus has 4 professional staff, up to 34 Resident Advisors, and 4 Graduate staff members.
