Overview
The General Post Office was created in 1775 to establish a Government for America. The Government it created was styled "The United States of America". The General Post Office was abandoned when Ebeneezer Hazard died in 1817 because a successor was never publicly named. In 2010 the General Post Office was re-claimed and a successor was named. The original Government of 1781 was reformed into a republic form of Government by the Confederation Party now known as the North American National Party.
