GELATO DAVVERO means "gelato for real" or "really gelato", really natural and tasty, really traditional and innovative, really superior and masterly. These are the qualities of the artisan gelato by GELATO DAVVERO. Gelato made with natural ingredients that combine the best Italian products with the best Portuguese and international ones. Artisan gelato created with no artificial additives and following only traditional recipes and techniques developed by the centenary wisdom of the "Gelatai Romani". GELATO DAVVERO presents in Portugal classic flavours, completely new ones up-to-date with the latest in Italy's "arte del gelato" and original recipes exclusively created in our artisan production "lab". Gelato served with a spatula according to the best Roman tradition and with fresh whipped cream on top, price by size and not by number of flavours. Gelato superior in quality, extra fine in flavour, “Davvero buono”, “Davvero naturale”, “Davvero Romano”! GELATO DAVVERO puts together the art and wisdom of Filippo Licitra, successful gelato entrepreneur in Lisbon, "gelataio" from Rome and master of flavours, with the experience and creativity of Riccardo Farabegoli, art director and graphic designer, author of already known in the market gelato brands and of many more others created along his 20 years in the profession. The dream of these two childhood friends from Rome, is to bring to Lisbon the gelato flavours and colours that they loved since they were children. The objective of this new project is to present GELATO DAVVERO as a benchmark brand for innovation, tradition, quality and taste in the artisan gelato scene of Lisbon and Portugal.
