GCon was founded barely 20 years ago as a consulting company for ship hull coatings. It sounds technical, and this is what it is. We are talking about high-tech, know-how, fractions of a millimeter and especially accuracy. At the same time, today's CEO Tom Grucza was making a name for himself in the sector as a prudent consultant, an independent expert and fair conciliator. So tasks became more and more. Milestone: the refit of Lady Moura, with 105 meters of length the world's largest megayacht by the time of its handover. Today GCon is especially active in the mega yacht area and supports their customers regarding "New Construction", "Refit" and "Paint". As planners and consultants before the project start, and during the project as an agent on site carefully taking care, that jobs are done, and in the end after the project finish as a full service provider when it comes to warranty handling, crew and customer service.
