We continuously measure our websites vs. our competitors based on parameters like page load speed, quality of code, content and other factors. Our in-house, propietary technology has also been granted Research & Development Credits from the UK Government and HMRC, showing our technology is original. In addition to owning many key properties with first place rankings on Google, GameCo also owns an impressive portfolio of domains related to its target industries, which will be built on and be generating even more high value traffic for our partners in the near future. Some of our individual properties such as PokerVIP have generated in excess of $100m in brand new, player deposits for our partners which include businesses like Entain, Flutter, 888 Holdings and many other PLCs. The team has a very keen understanding of online business in our sector and have divested of various properties and domains along the course of our journey where we took the decision the sale represented good value for the business a whole. Examples include sales of websites and domains to GiG (GamingInnovationGroup), XLMedia and Americas Cardroom. GameCo has secured VC backing from knowledgeable professionals within our industry and plans to float on a stock exchange in March 2022. The exchange currently cannot be named due, however this offering represents excellent value for retail and professional investors alike, as GameCo will likely float at 10%-20% of the market cap of key competitors and the board is confident we can soon equal or surpass our outlined competitors.
