Game Enough? is a boutique, Brisbane-based, native food manufacturer producing a small range of savoury, sweet and drink items utilising the flavours of Australian native plant and animals. Australia has many hundreds of plant based foods that were/are accessed by Indigenous people's, and while many of these would be considered to be confronting to the modern palate, there are still many truly wonderful flavours , and when combined with modern cooking techniques and ingredients, can produce wonderful culinary experiences. Examples of foods currently produced by Game Enough? include Kangaroo and Emu Empanadas (South American Pasties); Crocodile San Choy Bau; Emu Meatballs; Lemon Myrtle Cheesecakes; Sticky Date Pudding with Wattle Sauce and more... Game Enough? also has a food trailer that is used at markets and events to showcase a small selection of our Australian flavours...the most popular being our Salt & Pepper Crocodile with a native spice sprinkle!
