Galatians Community Health is an affordable, primary care facility established to serve our community using a patient first approach. As one of the few practices that actively accepts medicaid, we are exploring new and innovative ways to meet the needs of our community through individualized care and community outreach efforts. We strive to ensure our patients view us as a medical home for themselves, and the community at large. Together, one appointment at a time, we are creating a circle of care that includes everyone.
