Gaia Energy Research Institute, LLC (Gaia) is an agile small business focused on energy research and development (R&D). We spearhead computer simulation, testing, and independent analysis of novel, low-carbon energy systems to improve their thermodynamics, economics, and environmental performance. Our areas of experience include: networked stationary polygenerative fuel cell power plants, electrochemical and hydrogen energy systems, distributed energy generation and storage devices, and advanced transportation systems. By means of relatively inexpensive computer simulation , we aim to better design low-carbon energy devices that meet time-dependent energy demands, lower energy costs, and reduce emissions.
