Gaia Ship Management AS was established in 1981 with Head Office in Tromsø, Norway. In 2008 Gaia was restructured and since then having a close working relation with Cleaves Securities, a company regulated by the Norwegian Supervisory Authorities. The company changed it’s name from Rolv Berg Drive AS to Gaia Ship Management AS in 2016. Gaia is a totally integrated third-party ship manager, offering a comprehensive suite of marine services to all vessel sectors. Commercial and Technical Management, as well as Corporate Governance and QHSE with main office in Oslo and subsidary in Mumbai, India (Rolv Berg Drive India). Cleaves Securities is acting as an active co-owner, and contribute to Gaia for further expanding existing operations and financial strenght.
