Headquartered in New York City, Gaea Matrix LLC ("Gaea Matrix") was founded by experienced industry leaders to tackle the prevalent demand for capital within the non-bank commercial financing and alternative lending industries and offers qualified investors a platform to enter the sector via a short-term, fixed-rate Structured Note Program. Gaea Matrix was formed from a strategic alliance between Gaea Capital Inc. and Matrix Global Capital LLC, both privately-owned and managed financial services firms with deep insights into the alternative lending industry. Gaea Matrix is raising and deploying the debt capital from the Note Program to a network of funders, who in turn deploy growth capital to America’s small and medium-sized businesses.
