G & G Extrusionstechnik GmbH, was founded in 1991, in Schwerin, the capital city of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Even before the company was actually founded, G & G was busy for many years with the manufacture and development of extrusion tools, both as mono- and multy-layer heads, also known as co-extrusion tools. The goal was to set up a tool manufacture, with its own construction for the production of extrusion tools, for the production of PO, PVC, PP and other, similar pipes. Already in 1992, the production of PVC tools as well as PVC and PE vacuum calibration sleeves was started. In the following years, more and more products were added bit by bit, for the most diverse needs and requirements of the market. Today, G & G Extrusionstechnik GmbH stands for constant further development, improvement production, service and sales of all common extrusion pipe tools up to an outside diameter of 800 mm. As a specialist in the industry, we offer tailor-made and innovative solutions tailored to your production requirements. Our core competencies include in particular: - Extrusion pipe tools - Calibration- as well as calibration insert discs - Antechambers - Vacuum chambers Because of the close cooperation with specialist institutes, universities, raw material manufacturers and customers, G & G is able to continuously optimize its products for its customers.
