We emphasise community, individual member growth and audaciously innovating and informing the next best practices to be used in managing Change. So what does audaciously innovating mean to us... "Audaciously innovating" refers to a mindset or approach to innovation that is characterized by boldness, courage, and a willingness to take risks. We are not content with incremental improvements but instead actively seeking to push boundaries and create disruptive change. It is about taking bold steps beyond the comfort zone and not being afraid of failure. Join the monthly members meeting and get introduced to the group. the next step is a one time to co-create with Isolde. Depending on your interest, you can join one of the work groups focused on creating articles, webinars and other projects.
