About Friends of English Avenue Friends of English Avenue, Inc. (FOEA) is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded on justice, generosity, and virtue. Its mission is to make English Avenue a safer and better place to live, ultimately improving our broader community of Atlanta. FOEA focuses on beautification, crime reduction, establishing green space and mentoring to individuals and organizations to effect collaborative change.
