The Home Care Team may include: Skilled Nurses, Licensed Nursing Assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and/or Speech Language Pathologists, Medical Social Workers, and Care Attendants. Your hospice team also includes spiritual advisors, our hospice medical director, staff skilled in hospice care, and volunteers to provide companionship and respite for the family.
