The entrepreneurial and restless spirit of its founders Francilei and Sérgio Siqueira led them to search for the perfect fresh pasta, making them in 1992 transform the ballroom of their home in Franccini. In these almost 30 years of life, Franccini, as innovative as ever, has been creating its own machinery, adapted to the needs of each product as well as researching and experimenting with recipes, creating new flavors and bringing thousands of people together with their stories full of taste and affection.
