Forkys Aquaculture SA was founded in Chios, Greece in 1998, aiming to produce high quality fish ; up to now continues to be active in the production of Sea Bass and Sea Bream. In recent years the company has also invested in the production of other Mediterranean fish, such as the Red Porgy, the Meagre, the Common Dentex, the Common Pandora ( Red Snapper) and the Greater Amberjack.
