Co-Founded by CEO Andrew Gosling in 1987, under his dedicated direction Food Show has grown and remains a private company to this day. Our energy, passion and creativity are evident in our stunning menus and dedication to locally sourced produce and products. We understand the importance of delivering special experiences and gifting and pride ourselves in working closely with our clients on the finer details to ensure each of our products offers a spectacular experience. Co -owner & chef patron Max Uyanik, is one of the most innovative chefs in the industry and has been at the helm of Food Show’s kitchen for more than 17 years, along with his dedicated team they are driven to create spectacular modern menus which are visually stimulating and exceptional in flavour. Our food philosophy is simple; we source high quality, fresh and seasonal produce, tracing its journey from sea or field to plate.
