MI CASA SU CASA In Mexico, a 'Fonda' is a home that a family has opened up to the local community as an unofficial restaurant, serving home-cooked food that is fresh, simple and made with love. Inspired by the Fondas of Mexico, Fonda provides a fresh and contemporary version of Mexican food that brings people together! We take authentic Mexican flavours and themes and blends them with the freshest, locally sourced and ethical ingredients to create food that is fresh, healthy and makes you feel good. We've got seven Melbourne restaurants (Richmond, Windsor, Flinders Lane, Hawthorn, Knox, Chadstone & Collingwood) and we've just opened our first interstate Fonda in Bondi, Sydney. We welcome one and all and hope you feel at home in the local Fonda that we have created for you.
