Flying Horse Investments LLC (“FHI”) is a real estate investment firm guided by principals with nearly 100 years of institutional and private client experience acquiring, selling, financing, repositioning, leasing and operating commercial real estate, predominantly retail shopping centers and net leased retail properties in growth markets throughout the U.S. Our mission is to acquire “suburban necessity-based retail” assets and utilize our expertise to enhance value through leasing, repositioning, and/or redevelopment, providing our investors with outsized risk-adjusted returns that would be difficult to achieve without our extensive team, infrastructure, and history of relationships.
