Florida Certified Investigator (FCI) - Florida's Professional Investigator Certification Program was founded in 1998 as a non-profit organization by representatives of all four Florida Private Investigator Associations, FALI, PIAF, SFIA, & NFAPI. The Florida Board of Certified Investigators, Inc, (FBCI) has set the highest standards of ethics, knowledge, and professionalism among private investigators in Florida.
