Overview

Everyday I meet new clients struggling with hormonal issues, from extreme period pain to Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome to Endometriosis. Unfortunately, these health conditions are rapidly increasing in our society. Stress, sleep, digestion, nutrient deficiencies and food intake all play a huge role in hormonal health. Not to mention the incremental amount of endocrine (hormone) disrupters that we are exposed to on a day to day basis (BPA in most plastics, toxins in our products, pollution), which increase oestrogen synthesis in the body, leading to oestrogen dominance. Unfortunately, oestrogen dominance is associated with breast, uterine and ovarian cancers, PCOS and endometriosis. Creating hormonal balance, efficient digestion and optimal nutrient absorption will allow the body to operate at its best, ensuring one functions at peak performance, to take on life and all its challenges. My focus is to enhance your mental health, hormonal health and all round well being. The outcome of my therapy is to provide you with an individualised framework you can utilise, a step by step programme, to access optimum health, whilst decreasing your chance of developing disease later in life. Optimising menstrual health will ultimately regulate your cycle, decreasing unwanted symptoms, such as PMS, period pain, bloating, insomnia and anxiety.
