Facts about the FED project: FED = Flexible Energy Denmark A 4-year-long (2019 – 2023) scientific project with commercial potential. Total budget DKK 44 million. Innovation Fund Denmark has granted DKK 30 million. The project is data-driven and is to enable the development of digital solutions for the control of power consumption in Denmark. 24 participants from universities, utility companies, businesses and public organizations. The partners are: ABB, Center Danmark, Centrica, CISS (AAU), Daisy (AAU), Danfoss, DTU Compute, DTU Management, EMD International, ENFOR, EWII A/S, Eurisco, Flexshape ApS, Fredericia Fjernvarme, Høje Taastrup Kommune, KONSTANT, Neogrid Technologies ApS, NOVASOL, Center for Energy Informatics (SDU), Tomorrow, TREFOR, Xtel Wireless ApS, Aalborg Energy Holding og Department of Engineering (AU)
