This is Fletcher Walker Consulting. Working with Directors and owners of SME Companies (generally in, but not limited to, the software/tech and Finance spaces). Solving problems with generating conversations with their target market; consistently and systematically on LinkedIn, to develop a healthy sales pipeline. We help find interested leads within their niche and support them with ad-hoc training in transferring that lead to a phone or zoom call or a webinar. This is so that they can move from a constant state of worry; ’where is the next lead or deal’ to having a consistent method in place for lead flow. They can avoid worrying about lead generation (prospecting) in their business. They can focus more on higher priority revenue-generating activities Enabling them to work more on their business rather than in it.
