Founded in 1986, Fishman & Associates is an independent culinary design firm based in Venice, Florida. With decades in the industry, we understand the importance of creating functional spaces, while allowing guests to enjoy their full culinary experience. We lay out every piece of equipment in each workspace utilizing tools such as Revit, Bluebeam, Enscape and AutoCAD. We then contrast the design against the real-life culinary expertise of our team. This level of accuracy and functionality keeps change orders to a minimum while preserving the project's timeline and budget. This approach embraces our philosophy of Discuss, Define, Design, and Deliver. Which results in the successful development of the client’s assets. We specialize in Corporate, Country Clubs, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Public Assembly, Restaurants, Senior Living Facilities, Volume Feeding Operations, and Churches. Our documentation covers the entire spectrum of the floor plan layout including building conditions, plumbing/gas, and electrical plans. Our in-house Design Department staff has extensive layout, equipment, documentation, and Revit knowledge. We also have multiple design-oriented sales specialists to help with project and equipment needs.
